Panera Bread - Pittsburgh

The workers do more talk and play than actual work. I waited for a little job over half an hour. more work less play! sad

It took 40 minutes to fill my order when I pulled out in the load. this was not the fault of the personal, but the institution itself. in the ideal case, there would be no command if that was waiting for so long or if it were given a eta so that they could make a decision based on it. 40 minutes waiting for a lunch order is not something I expected. also eating and the staff were great, but that was not waiting.

I waited for 45 minutes for my order and had to go so I wouldn't miss the class. I never got my food. the personal could pay less attention to the fact that there were 37 commands. I wouldn't be upset if they really tried to catch up. the half of the worker was just there. I never go back to panera.

You can keep your whole life here! they have waited more than half an hour, although the message says it's ready. but they have waited 45 minutes!

Took over an hour to get my order and had to ask for status multiple times. Do not go here unless you have 2+ hours to spend on lunch break.
