Nox's Tavern Grille - Pittsburgh

What a hidden gem this place is! I almost missed the entrance, as it's tucked away yet right in front of you. It's a classic dive bar offering some delicious comfort food! The steak nachos were outstanding—perfectly cooked steak paired with a fantastic cheese sauce. My only complaint, which is a common one, is that there weren't enough toppings for each chip. The wings were excellent, crispy, and came with a great selection of quality sauces. There were plenty of options available. The burgers and fries were also spot on! It was really crowded on Saturday night, but the servers were attentive and incredibly friendly. If you're on the hunt for a great dive bar, this is definitely a top choice!

Hands down some of the best wings, as well as food around! A local spot about 10-15 mins from my house that will be frequented often! A little hole in the wall with big flavors! Always a good time at this spot especially when you go with good friends!

Went for lunch today. Parking was limited and the place was packed! Service and food were outstanding! Got a grilled chicken salad with their homemade ranch dressing my sister got the taco salad bowl. Will definitely be back

Boy am I mad that I've lived around this area for 25 years and have never tried Nox's until two days ago! Big regret.. but now that I've finally been able to it might just be my new favorite!! Easily the best onion rings I've ever had. So crispy and the salt on top was perfect. The cheesesteak was also one of the best I've had! No stringy meat, no fat pieces and plenty of cheese on an amazing hoagie bun. Plus all of the ladies working were so sweet! I work right in RIDC and this is a new staple to my lunch schedule. I ordered The Nox Steamer burger, and it was fantastic! The food was served quickly, and I enjoyed an ice-cold beer on the outdoor patio. It's tough to find a better spot for a sports dive bar!
