Mike Tony's Gyros Dormont - Pittsburgh

Very good food. Service could be better. Some of the female servers are skanky. Sketchy clientele too sometimes. Rowdy as well. It used to be Vasta bar. So it’s the same riff raff.

I ordered a gyro during rush hour, and since we live 15-20 minutes away, I had high hopes. However, when we got home, we found that it arrived with no sauce. They offered a free gyro next time, which is nice, but not really satisfying. The fries were also a disappointment; they were so soggy and greasy that they were practically inedible. I recommend making the trip to the Bridgeville location for their gyros instead.

Much better communication than Olympus gyros in Robinson. Plus they don’t have an owner that tries to emotionally blackmail you with “family time” even though their site said they were open and he had time to respond

These are the best gyros in Pittsburgh, no contest.
