Kfc - Pittsburgh

The dining area was dirty, the food was overly salty, and the chicken was greasy and tough compared to the original recipe. The women's bathroom was in terrible condition, with a sink, an exposed toilet, and a stall, all lacking cleanliness. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I don’t think it even deserves one star, but here we are.

I ordered the 4-piece chicken tenders meal, and when I opened it, the chicken strips seemed more suited for a kids' meal.

On 7/7/21 at 5:38 PM, I entered the drive-thru line. At 5:45 PM, I placed my order and paid, then was instructed to pull into the parking lot to wait. At 6:07 PM, I was still waiting with two other cars and noticed a staff member—a white woman—coming out to smoke in the back. One staff member left, while three others arrived for their shift. At 6:13 PM, I called to inquire about my order and requested to speak with the manager, as the doors were locked. The level of unprofessionalism was astonishing! I overheard the staff yelling to the female manager, who replied by telling me to call back in five minutes. I rejected that suggestion, explaining that I was already waiting in the lot. The manager then began yelling at me disrespectfully, so I asked for her name and was abruptly hung up on. At 6:25 PM, my order was finally brought out, but without a receipt. The staff refused to retrieve it for me or provide the manager's name. I've just emailed corporate about this experience as well!

The young man at the drive-thru window was very pleasant and friendly. The food was decent, just like you'd expect from KFC. My order was accurate and complete, so I have no complaints.

I would like to share my experience from this morning. The young man who took my order arrived at least 20 minutes before I did. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong. However, the young lady who worked at the window handled the situation very professionally. I want to give a big shout-out to a tall, slim young Black man who treated me with great professionalism. Thank you very much for your help! Also, a big thank you to the lady who provided my chicken strips.
