Kfc - Pittsburgh

It had been years since my last visit to a KFC, and I was very disappointed with the service and overall experience. At the drive-thru, no one took our order, so we decided to place it online. Due to being short-staffed, we weren't allowed to go inside to pick up our orders. After waiting for 30 minutes in line to order, they finally started processing orders, and I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for my food, only to discover that none of the sauces I had paid for were included. I was extremely frustrated with the entire experience and have decided I will never return to waste my time or money again!

I ordered two famous bowls but didn't receive any chicken in either of them. I tried calling the restaurant, but they didn't answer—just a dead line. It's 2.5 hours before closing, and there were only two people in line at the time.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I attempted to eat here on Friday but was told they weren't taking orders. The gentleman taking orders was very apologetic, though. I came back today, and the doors were locked. I had a similar experience a couple of months ago. The last time I was actually able to get food here, I felt ripped off, and that was over a year ago. Based on some of the recent one-star reviews, I would recommend avoiding this place altogether. You might get faster service at Applebee's!

I really don?t like doing reviews that aren?t 5 stars when they deserve it but I tried calling and the line has had a busy signal the past few hours? I ordered a bunch of sides and sauces, but we got none with my order. We only received the chicken.This was an order for a business, and we specifically requested plates and napkins and utilities. Of course, we didn?t get anyof those either, which was just so inconvenient it was almost depressing. We paid upfront through the KFC app. We tipped verygenerously also. This was my first time ordering from this KFC after working nearby now for about a year. I really hope I getcontacted and get reimbursed or refunded.

Stopped in today for a Family Meal,Got a 12 piece meal 3 sides. I had a very nice experience with staff and I just wanted to say thanks. We need to appreciate good service when we get. They treated me nice and the food was excellent! Thank you.
