Italian Village Pizza Ross Township

I'm not sure why some of these reviews are so negative. I absolutely love this place! It's the only spot in the area where I can find authentic NY-style crust (make sure to order the XL)! I even hosted a party for my child, and they delivered to North Park without any issues. I've always received excellent service, quick delivery, and the food is reliably good. I will definitely continue to be a loyal fan!

This laid-back restaurant offers a variety of dishes including pizzas, wings, soups, salads, calzones, strombolis, gyros, hoagies, wedgies, pastas, and a selection of appetizers like mozzarella sticks and fried zucchini, along with a few desserts and drinks. My husband placed an order for lunch, and a friendly employee brought our food to us around an hour later. The salad and wings were fresh, and we thoroughly enjoyed the flavor of our pizzas. We look forward to visiting this restaurant again in the future.

I've tried ordering delivery from the Greensburg location several times, and each time I've faced an incredibly long wait. On my last order, I used Slice, but the manager advised me to use their website instead due to technical problems with Slice, and suggested allowing an hour for delivery. I decided to give them another chance today and placed my order at 11:00 AM. However, my order status still shows that it is being prepared, and the estimated delivery window was between 12:15 and 12:30 PM, yet it's now 12:38 PM. If you’re okay with waiting over 2 hours for your food, then this is the place for you. The food is excellent; the challenge lies in actually receiving it. If they can't ensure timely delivery, perhaps they should consider only offering takeout. Otherwise, be ready for a very long wait.

The review I posted was for the Waterworks location I followed the link from the Italian Village Pizza website. Apparently, if you follow the link it takes you to the Ross location only. I would suggest getting whomever administrates the website tocorrect this. Please look into this since there are no options for choosing the location from the website.

We should have wrote this a long time ago because we love Italian village, but we have never had a bad meal! From the pizza to the wings to the subs, everything is always excellent. Thank you!
