It was a pleasant lunch for this carnivore.The food was amazing with just the right touch of seasoning with good cut of meat.The waiter was very warm and inviting. Made some very good suggestion for food.Highly recommend the venue.The atmosphere was a bit on the loud side and I just like quiet. So it is not a good or bad thing a preference thing that they did not get my 5.

Brief:Honestly, for $70 person, getting cold unflavored salty food and waiting a long time is unacceptable and you're better off going to fogo or anywhere else for a cheaper and tastier experience.. Carne sandwich 5 10. Rosemary sandwich 6 10. Clam pasta dish 3 10. Cheesy bread 10 10. Empanadas 10 10. Lemon tarte 10 10. Chocolate cake 5 10I was really disappointed with Gaucho. I was excited after hearing how good it was but it was not even close.We got the Carne steak sandwich (their famous sandwich), rosemary steak sandwich, catch of the day (clams with pasta), their cheesy bread appetizer and the empanadas (beef and chicken).. We started with both Appetizers 10 10Then we literally waited 45minutes to get our sandwiches. The carne (5 10) was not seasoned, you can't taste anything and was overcooked. The rosemary (6 10) had more flavor but was also overcooked and chewyBoth sandwiches were cold. The bread is too hard and too thick, you can barely taste the meat.. The pasta clam dish (3 10) was extremely salty we couldn't eat it.Manager staff were very very nice and exchanged our plates.However, the same issues persisted except they were hotter. I'm not sure why there was 0 flavor seasoning to the steaks and especially why the pasta was so salty.. Cocktails: not sure who designed them but the ones we got at least just don't taste good. Chocolate cake: nothing special 5 10. Amazing Wood fired food!!! Nest burger I've had in a very long time. From the hostesses, to the bartender to our amazing server everyone was there to make our time there unforgettable!! Best date night in a while. And a shirt walk from PNC Park and everything in the cultural district. Will definitely return very soon!!!

WOW. I'm rarely at a loss for words, but this place is incredible. It's a warm, welcoming place. The service was amazing. Juan was friendly, funny, and helpful. Then there was the food. It's indescribable! You have to experience it. Do yourself a favor and eat here before your next show at the Benedum.
