Denny's - Pittsburgh

Server was very nice. But it took a while to get our orders taken and food delivered.Food: 3/5

We gave this place a second chance, but that should not be. eating was good, but that was it. the service was definitiw no glamour. please do not put a bowl with creamer on the cup coffee. the coffee touched the bottom of the reused bowl. the server never came back until we got our food, then it just came back to give a scary one. we will not be back to this place.

The manager was very inconsiderate wouldn't honor their coupon and it wasn't expired till the end of the month. I will not patronize that restaurant again. I emailed corporate and they said they would call back but I guess this got pushed aside.

It's a shame I have to write this because this is not in reflection to the wait staff. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. However, everything else was a disaster. We waited almost an hour before we decided to go elsewhere. We weren't the only ones. Call in orders and people that were there before us were waiting extended amounts of time. I understand there are staffing issues and I try to be aware. But if you can't serve your customers in an acceptable amount of time please limit the amount of seats. The waitresses suffer and you client base dwindles... I apologize to the wait staff for the negative review. I hope they understand this is not a reflection on their service.

Had breakfast, food was okay. Read the menu carefully, hidden near the back was the endless breakfast option which was half the price of other similar breakfast offerings at $6.99 and featured all you can eat eggs, pancakes and hashbrowns. Definitely the best deal going.
