Decent food customer service is missing, but it was probably the luck of drawing with the waiter. all other waiters were very competent our not so much.

It was our first time here at de blasio’s and was a great recommendation from our hotel host. we went to a late dinner and there was another lineup. a bit of choice, but had some appetizers and main course, that was all we can handle. I would have really enjoyed the fried Polnta cheese sticks with the Marinara sauce, it was delicious. we ordered chicken parmigiana, linguine don diablo, garnelen scampi and auberginen parmigiana. high-time soup and salads were very fresh and delicious. the tomato sauce was not acid, tasted so good. Besides, we had to take away, normally I wouldn't have it another day, but that was good and would be a waste. will come back to any case if we were in the opposite. highly recommended. yes, the service setting could be better.

My wife and I (an interracial couple) were treated today by more than one person who was involved in this place. we will never eat here again and hope that everyone with any tolerance will avoid making the people who are openly racist, business.

Absolutely the most rude and arrogant waiting staff in any restaurant I have ever inaugurated. the predominant attitude seems that they do a favor to spend their money in their facility. eating is in order, but the service is inevitable.

The food at this restaurant is truly excellent. I highly recommend trying the homemade ravioli, which you can order half and half. The wedding soup and lightly breaded butterfly shrimp are also delicious. They offer a selection of wines mostly from Italy, but they can be on the pricier side, with bottles starting at $30 and glasses ranging from $9-11. This restaurant has an old-school feel, as they do not accept reservations online or over the phone. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis without taking names for a place in line, relying instead on an honor system.
