Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pittsburgh

The atmosphere can be a bit frustrating, but the service here is fantastic, and the food and drinks are spot on. The staff even asked if I wanted a drink or chips, which was a nice touch. I would definitely go out of my way to visit this Chipotle again. A special thanks to Danielle for her excellent service during my visit!

Edit: I've changed my review to one star after seeing other reviews. This place seriously needs to make changes, or they should let a different food service take over. It's one thing to frequently run out of ingredients, but it's unacceptable to serve an incomplete meal without informing the customer. They took our money with the assumption that we would just accept it without question. Please go elsewhere for a meal and don’t support the management or service here; they clearly don’t care and only put in minimal effort.

This restaurant is poorly managed. Half the time, they run out of essential items like rice or tortillas, and it’s clear that the staff, including the young workers, are not receiving the support they need from the management. While I appreciate Chipotle’s food, I will be avoiding this location until they improve their operations.

What happened to chipotle? the flesh was all fat, we had to throw away most of it. I had no guacamole, although I paid for it. the food was cold. had to wait for 10 minutes to eat, even though I called. it was about 5: 10 to do, and it was. I saw it sitting there alone with other people eating for 10 minutes. while the server was wondering. when I asked to make her warm again. she said I had no guacamole. So I took what they had. I didn't know I had any guacamole anyway. I'm done with chipotle.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I waited over 20 minutes on my quote time from the 20 minutes I ordered on the app. I spent most of my lunch break waiting for my food. Also, when I went up to ask about my order, the cashier told me he was working on it now, which was a lie, he put 4 orders out before mine. No sense of urgency.
