From the city dweller who tried this place. I liked the options for the customizable burgers. I have the Elk-Burger on the potato-ove with chips, in canadian and chips are for us. They were made of elk burgers, so I left myself on the bisonburger. the kartoffelbunker was dry and crispy, so I just took off the upper bungalow and ate the lower bungalow to keep the burger. I didn't know it would be real chips, they had to try from my family plates, but ordered the riders instead. side panels were dirty 3 out of 5 boards had eat, greasy, or hard crispy bits on it. only the serviettes used to eat the wobble rings and truffle friries instead.

Feuerburger! I love the wagyu made pink! the service is top notch so is eating. I had never complained before than it is only expensive for comfort food. expect to eat 75-$80 for two people cheese burgers.

The service was under par. as on the photo to see my friends burger practically still came mooing. he asked that the burger be cooked with a small pink medium, and it came red, raw and absolutely disgusting! he could not even eat something after it was so disgusting to even see. only raw meat on the tables. the experience spoiled, we come here all the time and will not return. super unhappy!

The regular burger my companion had was somehow bland, not much better that any other hamburger. my elk is gone wildburger was very tasteful and spicy. their burgers have different sauces that are on them, but I could not find anywhere on the menu that describes something about the sauces. that would not be a big problem, but they have a burger option. it would be hard to choose which ones they would like on their burger, unless they had experience with each of the sauces.

The burgers were very good, though they messed up how done our burgers were supposed to be between me and my companion. The chips I didn't care for they were over cooked and too hard for my tastes. It was pretty quiet when we were there. They have monitors playing the different ESPN channels over the bar area.
