What's the point of ordering ahead and whenI show up at the designated time given, they tell me to come back and pick it up because it's not ready? This is the epitome of poor service...

Absolutely terrible....Ordered the Nashville hot crispy chicken sandwich and this is what I received......... rotisserie chicken on bread lmao ... what a joke... I would give a negative star if I could!

I agree with the previous reviewer. This restaurant is an embarrassment and served one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. My wife ordered a Cobb salad as a side and they gave her a Caesar with a few pieces of rotten lettuce.

As for vegetarian options, they have a solid selection, making it a suitable choice for those on a plant-based diet. The restaurant is also very child-friendly, with ample kid's meal options. Parking was easy and convenient, and the venue is wheelchair accessible, ensuring everyone can enjoy their dining experience. Overall, they offer good nutritional options for various dietary restrictions.

I was surprised to see so many one-star reviews; my experience truly was enjoyable. However, I did notice that the person at the payment window was not as friendly as the lady who took my order. He seemed a bit off and didn't smile at all. Despite that, my overall visit was great, and the food was satisfying! Thank you!
