Contribuiți la feedbackWe selected Azorean Cafe for Restaurant Week based on its advertised menu. However, once we arrived, the choices provided to us were not the same as what was listed. The lunch menu did not include a dessert option as stated, and the appetizers for dinner were also different from what was posted. Instead of shrimp or a cheese plate, we were offered a selection of croquettes, with only one croquette served per order. Additionally, the octopus entree that we wanted to order was not available. We visited on a Saturday at 4:00 and felt that the restaurant did not uphold their advertised offerings for Restaurant Week. Unfortunately, we do not plan on returning.
My friend and I had a great time during our first visit to the Azorean Cafe. The cuisine was unfamiliar to us, but we both found it to be quite delicious.
Friendly, authentic ... Only the ocean is missing!!!
We chose the Azorean Cafe to visit for PRW because it posted menu. However, once the elections we were offered were different from what was written. The lunchtime included no desert like the posted menu, and the appetizers for dinner meal were completely different. Instead of shrimp or a cheese plate, the choices were a variety of croquettes, and once ordered the portion as a croquette. In addition, the entree (the octopus) we ordered was not available. We were there at 4:00 on Saturday. I felt like the restaurant didn't deliver what she advertised for restaurant week. We won't be back.
This restaurant is a nice gem with generous portions. I particularly loved the almond cake, while my husband raved about the flan, saying it was the best he had ever tasted.
