Red Lobster - Pittsburg

Okay, I gotta be honest. My wife and I were not long in a red Lobster just because life was in the way. Our first visit in a very long time was excellent. The service was excellent the food was great the waiting time and the prices were absolutely on site. I gave five stars because the staff deserved it! Well done.

Our server, Dan, made the food all the more pleasant! He kept the perfect track of our table, always coming with perfect timing. Food was great! But Dan was AMAZING!

Food was very good, service was good. Pleasant experience as always! Although the nitrile prices have risen compared to the previous year...but so with everything else.inflation and all..

I've never had bad services, bad food or bad pickups from Red Lobster. My mother loves this restaurant and I love to take it. Food is always good on its slow days. I would recommend this particular location to anyone who likes seafood. Great place to eat

I used to love this restaurant and visited most locations in and out of town. I?ve noticed a decline in the food and service over the years. Today at the Pittsburgh California location our experience was poor. The clam chowder soup was watery, the filet mignon steak was tough and dry. When asked for more crackers to help deter the watery soup, the young lady acted insulted. She finally brought it to us after chatting with her other customers. She failed to check in with to see if we were ok until the end. So we left the uneaten food to the side and asked for the check. To be at this age in life, I expected much better customer service. We are kind and reasonable people. Unfortunately, the waitress displayed cold and disinterested behavior. We?ll never eat at that location again. I hope that you will get better treatment. If you?re an African American senior, be aware my friend.
