I met a blind date here date sucked this drink was WOW very good I chose the Jade lemon with extra lemon so SO good I'm a regular now . Only 1 problem every i-Tea makes their drinks different so from Brentwood I drive all the way to San Leandro off of East 14th Street worth the drive

Small shop, awesome tea! Highly recommend the strawberry tea with boba, litchi, and strawberry pieces.

This place does not seem to know what their own hours are. If you don't want to work the times that you are saying you're going to be open, then you should adjust your hours.

Hope In the wall but great teas and service. I'd definitely come back anytime I am in the area.
