The burgers here are consistently of excellent quality. They use handmade patties that are never frozen.

This place has a nice atmosphere, but the food has consistently been mediocre, and the service leaves a lot to be desired. With the right manager, the restaurant could really improve. I can’t speak to the upstairs bar experience, though. Keep in mind that parking is limited since it’s a small town!

The food was excellent, but the restaurant was clearly understaffed. Despite our group calling ahead days in advance and confirming the day of, there was only one server available. Even though we were the only customers there, it still took a considerable amount of time for our food to arrive. Despite the service issues, the great food means I’ll definitely return.

Stopped here on way back to Mount Pleasant. Hubby wanted to share The Hurt (I 'm on a diet of sorts!! . Goodness it was huge. Very good and everything was hot when served. Onion rings and fries were great! Had excellent service. We will be back.UPDATE: took our family for lunch. For the most part burgers were great. One side of a bun was burnt and one hamburger was over done to point of almost burnt. Spoke with cook, server and who I assume was manager, and all we got was I 'm sorry . Absolutely no excuse to be served burnt foodFrench fries still the best!

Burger was good; fried pickles are a must. Server was very attentive even later at night. They had a dj by the bar upstairs and The Return of the King playing downstairs; highly respectable. Will be back.
