Colton's Steak House Grill - Pittsburg

I ordered the sirloin tips with a side of okra. Upon delivery of the overcooked, tough tips, I was informed that they had no okra. My green beans were delivered to my table when I was finished (or, I should say unable to finish) my meal. They had no bread, so potato chips were served instead. The only good thing was their beer was cold! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

A very interesting experience. We were greeted by a friendly server who seated us and asked what we wanted to drink. We both ordered water with lemon. He informed us that they did not have lemon and asked if plain water was okay. We said yes. When he came back to take our order we both ordered a steak. He informed us that they are out of steaks and have not been able to get them in over 3 years. When I asked him why they were still on the menu he replied that they were still waiting on their new menus. My first thought is if the menu is 3 years obsolete then why did you even give us a menu? All the prices therefore must also all be obsolete, and does it really take three years to print new menu's? We left and ate at a chicken place instead and had a great meal. It is not the servers fault and we felt sorry for him but this place is extremely poorly managed. Why have a menu if nothing on it is available to order? I also have restaurant. com certificates that they used to accept. He told us they don't accept them anymore. They won't be in business much longer.

The food and staff was always great I hated that it closed. My wife really enjoyed the steak there.

Had a small problem with the way the steak was not cooked the way we wanted one but other than that it taken care of and the rest of the food was great service was great really a good place to enjoy a great meal O and don't let me forget about those rolls awesome

Good food. Service was slow but short of staff. I'll go back.
