Contribuiți la feedbackWe had a bad experience last night. My son and couple friends went after midnight. My son ordered all star with hash browns and his plate came with eggs and meat. Then a bowl of grits came out that he didn’t order. Few minutes went by and no toast so he asked for it. The lady put it in toaster but never took it out when it popped up. Then he received his bill and he told waitress he wasn’t paying . He never recd his toast or hash browns. He stood up and left.
Really nice young lady served very well and was polite and bubbly
Walked in and the first thing that happened was this “supervisor” walked in and was screaming at her employee to just get out and go home. Super demeaning as she was just trying to cook orders for the lady who apparently wasn’t there. On top of that when this lady did cook my food, she didn’t have a hair net on and of course there were a couple hairs in my food. Little server girl was doing her best though. Felt bad for both of these two having to deal with their supervisor and they both made several attempts to apologize for having to hear the first woman do all the shouting like that.
The service was excellent and the employees were kind and social. The food was exquisite and the employees truly care about the customers!
I walked into your Pittsboro, NC location and was greeted by Michael, who held both doors and thanked my daughter and me for being there. I was then then welcomed by Rell at the highchair portion of the restaurant closest to the register and sat down with my daughter. I formed him that we were placing a to go order. Sandy immediately approached Rell out of no where and interrupted him from speaking to us, and said I got this! In a calm but demanding tone. Everyone, Rell, Sandy, My daughter, and me locked? eyes. Sandy then mouthed muted comments and spun her finger at her temple (as to say something was crazy). Awkward, Everyone else was uncomfortable. Rell interjected and began asking my daughter for her order (she didn 't know what she wanted and had already made a comment to me about Sandy) and began suggesting menu items. We ordered our food with Rell, tipped him 5.00 and he was?? great. Rell went above and beyond to make our to go order a better experience. #GoodJobRell
