Roadhouse owes everything to its staff, always super kind, both in Pistoia and Arezzo. Unfortunately, the staff is few and the waiting times are long, in some cases biblical. The food is not excellent, and given that the menu is based on meat and that they are also located in Tuscany they should pay close attention to both the quality and the preservation method. I would have given it the minimum if it wasn't for the guys who work there. After eating at this chain three times, I can say that a clue is a clue, two clues a coincidence, but three clues make a proof.
