Rosticceria Li Ze Gua - PISA

Don't be put off by the fast food appearance of the place. This is the best pasta in Pisa. And it's €4. Unbelievable.

As I had a terrible experience in another Chinese-Japanese restaurant in Pisa recently, I didn't expect much. Surprisingly, this place had a quite good quality sushi in European standard and price was very reasonable, too. Only downside is it's better to take it away than eat in. I'll definitely try it again.

Came here from my nearby hotel after having slept for hours after my arrival fro the US. It was on my list [from Trip Advisor] but I almost missed it. It was late so the choices were limited. But I chose a few things from the vitrine and Li warmed them up. The meatballs were a mix of hot sausage and bread in a nice spicy tomato sauce. This was served along with pan fried potatoes and the most garlicky delicious spinach ever. It really hit the spot. They have nice looking sushi as well [but that's not my thing]. And the food was a great value. 8.5 euro for the meal [pictured] plus a bottle f sparkling water. Young hip clientele along with some neighborhood guys. This place hit the spot!

Great place to eat typical Italian spaghetti and sushi at the same time. highly recommended!
