During our holiday in Tirrenia we have lunched on several occasions in the restaurant of Bagno Golf. Under the prestigious management of Stefano and his staff the restaurant has been renovated while remaining in the groove of a solid and appreciated tradition. Aziza, the good chef who replaced Davide Quilici, has been appreciated for the wise interpretation that he has been able to give to dishes of marine tradition as the "linguine to the scoglio " or spaghetti to the 'astice. Excellent also the "sea cart " and anchovy fry in batter with delicious homemade fries. But the greatest surprise was the "Cacciucco " of Aziza: a plate of 10 and praise! The service is as usual friendly and caring. The waiting times, considered the high turnout, are acceptable .Good price quality ratio. Now that we are closing in season we would like to know the destination of this good chef not to give up his delicious sleeves. Mario and Carla B.
After discovering it (already reviewed) I returned with a friendly couple and it was a perfect lunch, food and 5-star service. On September 21, still with my wife (we like the good table), always food and great service. Unfortunately the 21 we had the unwelcome surprise of bumping into a guy (I can't call it a waiter) who served flying between the tables in short short shorts and t-shirts, in disorder hair, rings x each finger and way to do not really consono to those who are in contact with the public. If there is still next summer, I will inform myself to return ONLY when it will be resting (the guy).
Today, September 16, I came for the first time to lunch with family at the Golf bath. Beautiful internal and external location, attentive and welcoming staff, well-kept dishes, mixed with exotic flavors. We started with a tiepido of sea, a great raw, a stew of mussels, then eating a delicious cut of mango and sage scampi, a fried with vegetables, to finish with the sublime bonet with ice cream made by the schef with cinnamon and bergamot served in the cup. You must say ate very well and I regret that I came the last day. Next year...
