Braque Bistrò - Pisa

Excellent and unusual place. We were looking for something local and found this place. The menu is handwritten (a little difficult to decipher) so we ordered a bit blindly but we were pleasantly surprised. Dishes very different from the typical ones but delicious. Highly recommended

It is always a pleasure to have dinner, or even just stop for a good wine and a chat at the Braque Bistrot, in the historic center of Pisa. With each visit we took a true sensorial journey. The last time, about a week ago, I tried a wonderful wheel of cheeses paired with two excellent Bordeaux. The owner, histrionic and sanguine, will be able to lead you as a good helmsman on your journey of flavours. In short, an absolutely recommended address. Correct prices. Very nice place! We enjoyed deciphering the hand written menu almost as much as the incredible food. Don't go in for a refined experience, but for friendly service, top notch food and and something different in the way of food. Big recommendation

Refined ingredients (without overdoing it), knowing how to cook and knowing how to serve the customer . That 's enough.
