They mix typical cerrado ingredients with traditional dishes, especially from Italian cuisine. the chocolate cheese cake tastes amazing, though rather akin to a chocolate mousse pipe. the pasta tastes all great, including the capeletti with cashew ricotta and the mushroom wut. I would never have expected the white bean meatballs to taste so good, and the mushroom sauce well paired.
