Mcdonald's - Piqua

I had to give this restaurant a star, or else I wouldn't eat there or take my kids to any Scott's Family McDonald's again. The place is so dirty, with food scattered all over the floors. The worst part was seeing the men's room urinal overflowing into the wall next to the kitchen. I contacted corporate, but they didn't seem to think it was a big deal. The store staff also brushed off my concerns. So, I ended up calling the health department on them.

During our trip back to Atlanta, we decided to stop by this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon for a quick bite to eat. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional team of young employees. I was impressed by how well they handled themselves and had to double-check to make sure I was actually at McDonald's. The manager was also fantastic and it was clear that she was great at leading her team. This McDonald's was extremely clean, which is something I have never experienced before. This is my first positive review for you guys, keep up the good work! 1/22/23.

Today, the service was extremely quick and efficient, and both of our orders were accurate. The staff is always very friendly when we bring to their attention if something was missed. My only suggestion is that I wish they were open for a few more hours each day!

Great place to eat, clean, and they are very welcoming. I usually go before the rush hours and they people their are very happy and relaxed when they aren’t under pressure for every little thing. What’s sad is despite them trying their best to get through the day, while I eat my meal the customers treat the cashiers so poorly. “I need a coffee!” “It has to be just like this no cream etc” as if they are robots who have no feelings. I don’t go to McDonald’s when it’s busy and I understand the frustration but I felt so welcomed I had to post a review!

Ordered on the app, but was quick in getting it, and got everything I ordered. Also, the Manager was a sweetheart of a girl, very nice and courteous. Wonderful experience.
