I was in this farm for lunch in Pasquetta with a company of friends and I must say that unlike other farms, I found a very familiar and welcoming context. From appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious, with the real homemade flavors but wanted that are no longer around. Maximilian and Antonella fantastic hosts who manage with love and dedication their small kingdom immersed completely in nature. Surely we will return to enjoy a relaxing lunch in the beautiful terrace overlooking the hills. Oh, I forgot... you're also drinking VERY VERY good!! !
Maximilian and Antonella conduct this farm with passion and dedication among other things Massimiliano has set up a military museum collecting relics and relics, very interesting. We stayed for one night, dinner and breakfast in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. We were lucky to taste delicious traditional dishes cooked with wisdom starting from quality raw materials. A place to relax and stop to feel. Immersed in the sweet and silent Val Luretta. Top!
On Sunday we were the first customers of 2017 of the Agriturismo Val Luretta, which reopens just that day after the winter break. We were also the only customers and, as such, served with the utmost attention and dedication by the owners, with whom we entertained to talk more and less. The place is not very easy to reach, at the end of a secondary road (asphalted): there ends the world, in absolute peace and with a beautiful view on the hills of Piacenza. Overall we found ourselves well: few things, but good, and an honest account. Clean and original rooms, with wood stove in beautiful view (which made atmosphere). Curious the museum (in preparation) on the army, on the floor above the two rooms of the restaurant. We will certainly have the opportunity to return, perhaps to more advanced season, with the most started activity and a more varied menu.
Already the journey is exciting for landscapes and roads (at some point you can decide whether to gain a river or pass on the bridge). The place is 'lost' in the hills and absolute tranquility (No telephone connection or internet available). I would have expected something more like food but given the environment it can stay. Inside you will also find a military museum managed by the owner with such passion.
