If you go to the INPS with an appointment in this covid period, stop by the arsenal bar. I wanted something to eat but being vegan it's not so obvious to find something! Well they made me a pinsa with friarielli, seasoned olives and herbs that made me reborn! A delicate taste, warm inviting crust! In short, I think I will go to INPS more often!!! To make a stop at this delightful bar, the bartender included because it satisfied my desire for good things!!!!!

Welcoming environment, distinct place, always kept tidy, with a beautiful window and wooden balustrade for nice selfies or portraits. The briosh are good and the dishes well prepared. It also acts as a restaurant with an excellent chef!! You will be welcomed by the energetic and friendly Luigi! Seeing is believing!

Very welcoming environment, distinguished place, always kept in order. The brioches are very good and the dishes well elaborated and overall I would say everything. Excellent sandwiches and to eat is a welcome choice Very nice and welcoming staff who respond to the name of Mr. Luigi! VERY SATISFYING

Se andate all'INPS con appuntamento in questo periodo covid passate dal bar dell'arsenale. Volevo un qualcosa da mangiare ma essendo vegana non è poi così scontato trovare qualcosa! Bene mi hanno preparato una pinsa con friarielli olive condite ed erbette che mi ha fatto rinascere! Un gusto delicato, calda crosticina invitante! Insomma penso che andrò più spesso all'INPS!!! Per fare tappa in questo delizioso bar barista compreso perche ha soddisfatto la mia voglia di cose buone!!!!!
