Applebee's Grill - Pinole

We enjoyed a satisfying Sunday lunch. The service was excellent, and the food was just right! They prepared my steak perfectly rare as requested, and I really enjoyed the mozzarella sticks.

The waiters took the order and it took them more than 1 hour to serve 2 hamburgers and it was not busy, there were no people at all.

Went in for happy hour with some coworkers.There was a couple waiting to be seated in front of me when I came in. A couple of employees were standing there and after a couple of minutes sat the couple. I was then finally greeted by the host once they figured out I was not with the couple they just sat.This wasn't my first time at this location. The service and food is always mediocre. I joined our group after a couple of people had already been seated. The server came by the table to drop off one of the drinks that was ordered and told me I had to wait to order my drink instead of asking what I would like. She also ordered the wrong apps for us, and never brought the water that was ordered.Otherwise the service was not as bad as it usually is here.The food is always just ok. Anything other than appetizers (and even sometimes those) is always overcooked and dry.

First it started with the appetizers we were a party of 4.. they brought out two peoples appetizers and forgot the other two once reminded they finally brought out the other two the onion soup was so cold. The cheese was not melted at all the waiter forgot one of our drinks. They forgot one of our parties entire meal. They brought out a dish with bacon to my friend who is Muslim and when we requested to change it to a salad was told no by the server. His excuse was the manager said no so we requested to speak to the manager and the manager came out. She said it was completely fine so he was either lying or being lazy either way this dining experience was terrible..plus it smelled like sewer . Never again!

My experience here, coming here for the first time to meet up with a friend wasn’t pleasant at all it was 6 PM on a Saturday night and it was not even busy at all, and they kept messing up our order and never brought out my plate of food. The gentleman who took our order said he forgot to put it in and they just messed up our whole evening because they were not doing what they were supposed to be doing and never checked upon us once to see if everything was OK. We had to keep on telling one of the lady’s that was walking by and some of the ladies had an attitude. Overall, this place was really bad with their service. Never asked if we wanted any refills or our food which I never got but my friends got theirs and said it was OK. We asked for the dessert menu and they never came with it and at that point we were just really fed up and wanted to leave if I had to write this it would be 0out of 10
