Big Bob's Pizza - Piney Flats

I waited for my delivery for 1 hour and 40 minutes, only to receive a cold pizza. After an hour, I called twice and was told that the driver had left just 10 minutes prior and was supposed to be assigned to me first, but that clearly didn’t happen. When I called again, I was informed it was the manager's fault for only having one delivery driver available. I asked to be contacted by the manager. Eventually, the driver arrived, and I made it clear how disappointed I was, mentioning that I would likely never order from them again. I also wondered why I hadn't heard from the manager. It’s disappointing to see a business operate this way. I wish I had received a simple call; it would have changed everything.

I usually don’t write reviews unless my experience is either exceptional or disappointing, but this time it was truly exceptional. I have a passion for pizza, and Matt really outdid himself by crafting some incredible pies. He paid attention to every detail to ensure everything was perfect. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, which adds to the overall experience. I highly recommend checking out the lunch buffet. The pizzas and service are outstanding!

I ordered a pizza that was supposed to take 30 minutes. I bought it from Food City and returned 20 minutes later, only to find that my pizza hadn’t even been started. The restaurant was empty at the time. They kindly offered me a drink while I waited an additional 30 minutes, but I declined and decided to head over to Little Caesars instead. I let them keep the $14; it seems like they might be going out of business soon.

Absolutely delicious! We ordered 3 different articles and ate it all in one session. Everything was hot, fresh and super delicious! We will definitely order from here again!

Great spaghetti an meat balls. But thats all we've tried so far. Good service. An nice staff.
