Cc's Coffee House - Pineville

This is the only coffee shop I will go to. The staff is always very friendly and courteous. They make an effort to ensure that every customer feels welcomed and satisfied. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

There are a lot of very sweet coffee options at this restaurant (I was even asked if I wanted more syrup or sugar), but if you order an espresso without sugar, the coffee is actually quite good. I really enjoy the community coffee here.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and it was just okay. The staff was friendly, but they didn't take my order correctly. I had asked for a ham and cheese croissant and a caramel iced coffee, but received a plain croissant and flavorless iced coffee instead. It was disappointing to discover the mistake after I had already left the restaurant. I suggest that the cashier double-check the order with the customer to avoid this kind of situation in the future. It's really frustrating to not get what you ordered, especially when you're looking forward to enjoying your meal.

Sooooo..first time going here I'm definitely going back ..kinda pricey but honestly worth it ???? surprisingly the manager welcomed us with a warm smile and great customer service..even came to see if we were satisfied with everything .She recommended the pretzel dog thingy yall don't ask me the actual name of it but it was good I also had a blueberry muffin and a white chocolate peppermint latte ???? also wanna say thanks Lisa for making my first visit a great one !! Definitely would recommend this coffee spot over ANY!! (Yes even Starbucks)????

I am appreciating with much gratitude for Lisa (manager) and all shift crews here at CC?s in Pineville. I come almost every day sometimes twice a day and at random times of the day. My experience inside the store and the drive thru has always been stellar. I love that the employees recognize me and know what I like to drink. They all work well together and generate a fun and happy atmosphere. The store is clean and has a pleasant decor. I am grateful that we have such a wonderful coffeehouse to go to here in Pineville. I may go alone or with my friends or family member and we always enjoy sitting inside or outside visiting. Thank you Lisa and I thank all the wonderful employees. You always make my day. Blessings to all of you and know what a difference all of you have made in my life. I always look forward to my CC?s coffee!
