A star for service. More than an hour of waiting to order and almost an hour for the arrival of the dishes. Mostly we had booked to make a pizza tour and after an hour we were sitting at the table we were told that it was not feasible to make the pizza tour for lack of pizza dough. Some waiters were very rude. Decent pizza but definitely not enough. _

The Blanco and a newly opened room located a short distance from Pinerolo station and the city centre. Modern and essential, it offers a choice of dishes and pizzas quite satisfying. I personally chose the pizza, leaving it pleasantly satisfied: although the pasta is a little consistent especially in chewing, it is tasty, well seasoned and absolutely digestible. Being a local, especially at work, to be underlined how there are also options for fixed menus, at fair prices. Therefore, this short review serves to promote the Blanco, at least in its offer category. For those who want to make a quality work break can safely consider it without regretting it.
