Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pine Bluff

I had a great experience at this location. The food was served hot and fresh, including the biscuits. The staff was friendly both to the customers and to one another, which was nice to see.

It appears that there is a lot of chaos among the staff. Orders are often incorrect, and it’s common for cars to have to pull over and wait. The chicken also lacks flavor.

I visited this city and ordered food from the Camden Road location. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order, and the manager did not make an effort to resolve the issue. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service.

Zero customer service. They said to pull up because my food would take 6 minutes to cook. I waited 30 minutes before going inside to ask about my food. The workers were doing absolutely nothing and decided to cook the food right then. they bring out my sandwich finally but with no fries. Then tell me it’ll be another 5 minutes on the fries. Ridiculous

Food was great but I didn't get the extra biscuit I paid for.
