Probably the worst food I've ever had, microwave quality for a big city price. Nothing for plant based eaters yet it shows up on a search, dishonesty. Should be able to give it a zero.Under staffed, and very inefficient, so be prepared to be there 2 or more hours. Several people had to leave because they weren't getting service.The men's was disgusting, really disgusting, and had no supplies.

The location was always clean when I visited and staff super polite. Kitchen staff were also polite and super accomodating especially when everything I asked for came with a request to smother it in cheese... like a filthy amount . The lasagna here is wonderful.

The employees at the Heritage Inn were the friendliest we met during our vacation. Our room was clean and comfortable but could have used a makeover. We heard very loud noises whenever our neighbors turned on the water. We had breakfast each morning at the restaurant, and it was very good . You'll probably be disappointed if you're expecting luxury, but we were satisfied with the hotel and would stay there again. The price was definitely right!

Being a native family coming into a small town is sometimes scary. At times we don’t feel welcome. But this was thee most pleasant breakfast experience ever. We felt welcome, our waitress was an angel. Our family just wants to say thank you for being so kind to us.
