Royal Canadian Legion - Pincher Creek

Sad that people don't seem to know what the Legion is. A sign of the times I guess.... Anywho it's not a restaurant is a place to gather and share stories and be social and support our veterans. The steak night is great cause it's fun to toss your steak on the grill and do it the way you want while enjoying a drink.

Very friendly people and great food!! We love the steakpit and have never been disappointed! We have been there for family dinners, birthday celebrations and other special events they have hosted (Comedy Night, St. Patrick's Day dinner, Mother's Day breakfast). The patrons are very friendly and you will never feel like you are an outsider!!! We go at least a couple of times a month :-)

Fridays are cook your own steak at the Legion. For a very reasonable price your are presented with a terrific steak and shown to the grill. You cook it the way you like it and add salad and a baked potato. If you are a dunce at the grill, there is always someone around to assist you. Great meal and a lot of fun.

The Legion offers a cook it yourself steak pit and prime steaks. The price is extremely reasonable and you get salad, baked potato and garlic toast as part of the deal.

We came here for dinner on a tuesday and they giggled and said the "steak pit" was only open on weekends. Why is this listed as a place to eat. It was very disspointing
