I have been at the grill since its beginnings, I had not been to visit the new place, it was overrun with people, since there were two of us the wait was short. We ordered a provoleta that was tremendous, the black pudding was amazing in flavor, French fries for the souvenir photo, the vacuum arrived quite juicy, we asked for them to throw it in the heat for a little while longer and it arrived incredibly delicious, everything was tremendous Now it is worth highlighting the following and I know that I go to many places to eat, BECAUSE THEY DON'T PUT MORE STAFF!!!! PUT MORE WAYS, HELPERS!! DON'T SCRIMP ON THAT!! The waitress took a century to serve us, she had 20 tables!! How can a person serve so many tables and not forget anything, clearly this girl was no exception and she forgot to take care of us and take our things, it took her centuries to bring us the emptiness, already halfway through we were leaving. People arrived, sat down, waited a long time, got up and left!! She was serving tables that arrived after us, but it's clearly not her fault but rather the lack of staff. PUT MORE STAFF IN THE LIVING ROOM!! PLEASE! IT'S A PROBLEM ALMOST EVERYWHERE!! WE WANT TO SIT AND HAVE THE FOOD SERVE US!
