Wendy's - Pikeville

I had a really disappointing experience at Wendy's. The fries were undercooked, and the chili beans in the chili weren't prepared properly either. I definitely won't be returning there.

Terrible service. The staff handled my food without gloves and didn't properly wear her mask over her nose. I received the wrong order, and the manager was very rude. I would advise against going there; it's not worth your health. Absolutely dreadful service.

When I arrived at the drive-thru window, I immediately sensed that something was off. The employees were running around, laughing, and it all came across as quite unprofessional. I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad and, eager to dig in once I got home, I couldn't wait to enjoy it. However, upon opening the salad, I was disappointed to find that the lettuce was wilted and had brown edges. To make matters worse, there were two long reddish-brown hairs right on top of the salad. I was thoroughly disgusted and ended up tossing it in the trash, feeling too nauseated to eat anything else. It's disheartening to see the management at this Wendy's allowing such standards. Based on the environment I observed, I suspect this isn't an isolated incident. I truly wish more people would share their experiences, so we can help prevent situations like this from continuing.

Pretty crappy messed up my order more than once asked for no onions got them asked for a number 7 and didn't even get it need to get it together tired of waisting my money there

Probably the most consistent fast food restaurant in Pikeville. Orders are always correct with warm food and the employees are nice and polite. We very rarely eat inside, but have had good experiences dining in. Drive thru is quick even when there is a long line. I definitely recommend this Wendy's if you're looking for a fast food place.
