Sam's Hot Dog Stand - Pikeville

Drive up only. Very long wait. Everything hot dog was just okay.

Outside dining only but it's great for outdoor people. And gives ya time to enjoy alone time, and peaceful.

Nice folks. Everything fresh and homemade. Chilly DOES NOT run on hotdogs. Loaded dogs and peanut butter milk shake and orange cream milk shake. Everything delicious. We are truck drivers and run 48 states. Truck parking lot. We will be returning anytime we run through here. Only regret is that we should have added slaw on the dogs. We bet that would have made them even more awesome.

Best hot dog I've ever had! Chili, cheese, and mustard dog with a peanutbutter milkshake or rootbeer float is a meal I could (and do) eat almost every week.

We love Sam's hotdogs. My kids ask for them regularly. Always so yummy.
