Fazoli's - Pikeville

I loved this place when it first opened; the food was consistently excellent! I'm not sure if there's new management or different staff, but lately they've been getting my order wrong. I tend to order the same thing every time, and having worked in fast food since my teenage years, I find it hard to believe that it's difficult to read a ticket and prepare the order correctly.

I've only had one enjoyable meal and good service at this restaurant since it opened. My last visit was extremely disappointing. The location in Paintsville is much more reliable.

I went through the drive-thru about an hour ago. The food was fresh and tasty, and the young woman at the window was friendly. However, it took an exceedingly long time to receive my two items—probably around 10 minutes just at the window, not including the additional 10 minutes I waited after placing my order. Next time, I think I’ll order ahead.

Service was quick and friendly. The food came quickly and was hot. It was an overall good experience as was every time we have dined there.

Very clean, super fresh food and great table service! If you enjoy Fazoli's restaurants, you won't be disappointed with this one. Quick, fast, and fresh!
