Le Bien Etre - Pignans

Driving from Marseille to Cannes, I happened to stop by to have a bite. On the outside the restaurant does not say much, but, the food was pretty impressive. Even when my French is pretty weak, and did not have the benefit of a glass of wine (I was driving.. , the language as not a barrier, and the person waiting on the tables was very helpful. I believe she may have been the owner with the attention to detail and all customers. I asked for her advise, and she brought a salad with mozzarella and tomato, which was pretty tasty, a meat with onions, and risotto, and for dessert a tarte au pommes, all of which was delicious. Sorry no names here, but you should ask for her guidance, and you 'll sure have a great meal. By chance it was the day of the music , which appears to be a country-wide festival, We were all treated to live music by a local singer who did a very good job. A worthy stop in your way, if you are in Provence.
