Texas Roadhouse - Pigeon Forge

We had a fantastic meal after a long day at Dollywood. We used the restaurant's app to join the waiting list and were seated within 5 minutes upon arrival. Our server Amanda was fantastic - she was energetic and a joy to be around. The food and drinks were delicious. We hope to visit again the next time we're in town.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant with regards to the food, prices, and service! When we arrived, the staff was very friendly. Our appetizer arrived within 4-5 minutes of ordering. I overheard a conversation among the staff that they were short-staffed, but I must say that the service was still exceptional. The quality of the food, service, and overall atmosphere at this restaurant in Pigeon Forge was top-notch. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place for a great dining experience!

The staff and eating were pretty good. we didn't have to wait until we were sitting. our server was nice. we had some problems. I asked for a cup of hot water and the cup had a spot or a meal on it. I asked another server that went by when he could get me another one and he said I should wait for my server. my steak was not cooked as I ordered it. our server was nice and solved both problems.

The food was wonderful; however, service not so much. We spent most of our meal with empty drink glasses. We had to stop her just to get our ticket. The hostess was beyond rude as she did not greet just asked for number in party and stand by a number.Yes, go for the food and hope for better service.The picture is appetizers, Potato Skins, and Fried Pickles.

Found this Texas Roadhouse location on Google Maps. I did the online check in and it said there was a 20-30 wait. When we got there all I had to do was test Here back to them wait 5 minutes before they texted me to come on in. We were sitting at a table and ordering less than 10 minutes from arriving. All the staff were friendly and the food was good. My Ribeye had just a little too much seasoning for me, but a little ketchup took care of that. The salad was very good along with the rolls. Overall, this was a pretty good place to eat.
