Smoky Mountain Burritos Mexican Grill

First time eating here. Came in for lunch and had no wait, reasonably priced choices, fast service, and received food quickly. The salsa was good, not too spicy, chips were warm. I had a burrito, enchilada, rice and beans all with white cheese sauce onthem and it was delicious. I would recommend this place for lunch. Family friendly and bright atmosphere.

Worst experience ever. I didn’t think anyone could mess up Mexican food but this place definitely did!!! The food was terrible, the staff as the absolute rudest and they automatically add a 20% gratuity to your check. (Which is probably why the service was as terrible as it was, no fear of not getting a tip) definitely do not recommend. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to choose something to leave a review!!

We went on a Thursday night. It was not crowded at all. Very clean and friendly staff. the Complimentary chips were warm and fresh. Our food came out just as we ordered it, and was very delicious. I was looking forward to a glass of wine, but the server said they were out. One thing I did not like, they added a tip automatically and did not tell us. It was just the 2 of us, I did not think that was necessary. Unless folks in Pigeon Forge are known to be cheap tippers!!! Still, I would go back.

Excellent, authentic food and excellent service. I had the street tacos and my date had chicken fajitas. Was happy to not have to wait for a seat considering it was a Friday night during busy season. Would highly recommend!
