Krystal - Pigeon Forge

This was my 1st time here and it was like a low end White Castle. My stomach did like me after eating here and I don’t usually have that problem. Also it was warm day and there was no AC. I do not reccomend.

Thank you. Just got off needed a lite meal. They were open. Lights on and they moved the drive thru line along.

Employees were very sweet and very fast.Food came out fast and hot. Burgers were soggy but that seems to be every Krystal’s which is the only reason I give it a 4 out of 5.

Saddest Krystal I’ve ever seen rude workers manager was rude as all get out never again todays date 4 -6 -2024 846 pm

Waited near 1 hour for our food and never received it. People who just arrived were given their food though. I finally asked for a refund, hopefully they did that correctly. Just go a few more minutes down the road to the next one, it's much better.
