Chic Pub - Pierrelaye

We stayed at Chic by Royalton and the resort is absolutely amazing. Everyone treated us like family so kind and was always attending to our every need. Caesar was our associate in helping us to become members he was so kind to us and really took his time in explaining to us about the resort. That we decided to become members through travel smart which is absolutely amazing and worth every penny. Most of all after becoming members our member service guy Ruben Dario was so amazing. He always checked on us and made sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond to make our Anniversary very special he decorated our room for us and that was amazing he also took a lot of our photos, he was great Thank you Ruben you were a God send. It was the BEST ANNIVERSARY trip ever. A very memorable one. I would recommend that any one looking for a resort with a courteous staff and great entertainment to go to Chic by Royalton in Punta Cana. You will not be dissatisfied we’re definitely going to come back again. They definitely get 5 stars in my book. Thanks! To all of you at Chic. The Pettway’s
