Le Saigon - Pierrelatte

Based on the positive reviews of le saigon we ordered eight persons a family different dishes, including dimming, sweet and acidic suppe, rice, meat and noodles. we are sorry to say that every court was far below the minimum quality standard they would expect from a Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant. cooking oil smoke smells bad from the kitchen, eating was very bad, and despite our remarks, the owner charged the full price by claiming that everyone has another taste ... what a disappointment!

Ate super delicious, especially the spicy suppe in advance is recommended. the chef is a friendly guy who always has a chat with them at the table.

Based on all the positive reviews on the internet, we chose le saigon to get something else than a change. and as it turned out, the reports were pretty accurate. the cook was as friendly as the people... blessed, eating plentiful, fresh and of a very fair quality given the moderate prices. one of my friends had escaped that they liked quite, some of us had garnished with good (if not exactly fantasies), and as an appetizer, another of my friends tried the hot bark shell she said was really excellent. So, all in all, this is a more recommendable place. If we soon find something different than the local or the pizza, we can end well there again, while we are still in the neighbourhood. plus (and only for the sake of completeness), in contrast to most of the French bars, this place is really impeccable clean and the bathroom a real pleasure to visit.

We can't be deceived by this family kitchen, we must love the "soft bitter", the spice dishes (but with the boss we can practically ask for everything,qouique we would ask him the moon .il would be able to nurture you). Kindness and service are at the top.To frequent without moderation.

To begin with, the boss is extremely friendly! We had a good conversation with him, and he did a good laugh. It must be said that in the late evening of July we were the only customers. The map is very varied, you will have a lot of choice. And the rates are extremely affordable (a menu at 16€50 with a dessert flat entry that I recommend to you!). It's just excellent. I ate the best nems (in pork) I've ever tasted. I also recommend that you taste the salad of vermicelleet chicken. The xate beef was succulent. melting meat and delicious sauce. and the Cantonese rice was perfect. The caramel pork was also great.Finally the doughnuts (booster or banana torched) were very good as well.All is prepared on site, to order with fresh and quality products. In short, we had a great evening. I highly recommend this restaurant! You can go with your eyes closed.
