Contribuiți la feedbackA cold rainy night in February. We had not been to Man Li in years. Most people go for take out - it is very, very basic and we were the only people actually at a table. The food was not as spicy as I remember but the portions were very large. The sezchuan eggplant need a bit of soy and some more fire but in spite of that it was very tasty. The general Tao's chicken was very good; the sesame beef not as good. The shanghai noodles were delicious and nice and spicy and the kids loved the wonton soup and peanut butter dumplings (I found those a bit too sweet). I did not like that the dishes came one by one. I had finished the general Tao's chicken and rice before the eggplant and sesame beef came. I realize that the kitchen is small and that's probably why.
I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for Man Li restaurant. First of all, the name is awesome, so how could the food possibly be bad? I am actually about to place another order.
To be honest, it was terrible. I used to enjoy Man-Li but it's been years since I last had it.
One evening, my mother and I decided to order food from this restaurant because we were both feeling too tired to cook and didn't have anything in the fridge.
