The Habit Burger Grill - Pierce County

Really should be 0, how in the world do you let an order go out with no chicken on the sandwich. Not only were we the only ones in the drive up but we had to wait 10 minutes for them to put it together 2 chicken sandwiches, one a combo. We have always had a fantastic experience and didn't mind paying the money because we always got what we paid for. Not tonight. 2/3/2024, at 745pm I won't be going back! Very disappointed....

1/2024 Update: Still good but each time I've gone here recently the prices have raised again, for what we get (same order) the total went from $32 to $44. ? This impacts how often we go here. There used to always be a line, I don't see cars in line recently. Too bad too, the food is good (for non GF).2023: I can see why its called Habit. This is my families go to place.I do wish they had some gluten free options, there are none. That means I can't eat there, and I don't prefer to stop at two places, so sometimes is off the table as an option.Dietary restrictions: No Gluten Free options, and high risk of cross contamination even if they did.

Take the tipping option off your card reader….. I’m already paying over 8$ for a burger… don’t need to be guilted into tipping for them doing nothing

Sweet Potato fries are great. The staff made it clear they had other things they'd rather do than be at work, though they did get the order right.

Waited 30 minutes for our order to be given away to the wrong person. Was asked to wait another 20 minutes for them to correct and remake our order. We ordered 1 burger…refused to give us a refund. Waist of 30 minutes and 12 dollars. We left.
