Sperone Nudo - Pienza

We love this place; our third visit in 12mths (an achievement since we live in NZ! . This was our first time in colder weather/indoors. Nice warm atmosphere and although a different menu missed the truffle tagliatelle food still good. I had wonderful veal dish, Peter the carbonara; shared a tasty Chardonnay. Sperone Nudo is a restaurant where the goodness of the dishes and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff find a perfect combination of pleasure at the table. The typical local dishes are presented with care and are a real discovery. I highly recommend this restaurant to try this taste experience.
