Kfc - Piedmont

I actually ordered from the Taco Bell menu. Food was fine. Service was fast. As far as the atmosphere- there were several young boys hanging out and goofing around the whole lobby while I ate. I'm not sure if they were children of an employee or just walked in from town. They were playing with the self serve soda fountain so I had to go to the counter to get tea instead, since none was put out. Other than that, it was ok. Dined in and EXPERIENCED the wonderful world of waterdamaged ceiling tiles, unclean tables, but decent food and decent service. The ceiling dripped water onto my girlfriend while we waited on our food. The tables were also ALL gross and unclean. We sat at the cleanest one and it still had multiple sticky areas on it. 1. Who closes at 9:20pm on a Saturday night????? 2. Went back Sunday and asked for just chicken tenders and ordered 8pcs and a quesadilla meal... $30 and some change. Got to window and explained I didn’t want the chicken tenders meal that was listed $18. I only wanted 8 single pieces, no sides, man at window explains that he understood and 8 tenders were $18.99.... ????? Soooo you are charging me the same price as a meal? But only giving me the tenders???? Are you new and not sure how to ring it up???? Or are there people who actually fall for this and pay full price???? Not sure what’s going on at this location but closing whenever you want to and charging whatever you want to can’t be a healthy way of running a business and keeping happy customers!!!! And I’m happy to take my business elsewhere!
