Kfc - Piedmont

I used to love this place. But that was when they actually had chicken. Twice now I've gone there and ordered a bucket of chicken only to be told they didn't have any. Once I was told they weren't planning on dropping any for at least 25 minutes. This last time I ordered a 12 piece and they told me that they didn't have 12 pieces of chicken. What kind of chicken place doesn't have chicken??? Inquiring minds want to know! They've really gone down hill. I don't plan on goingback. Jack's will get my business from now on !

Friendly staff! Ordered a huge meal and the staff there were on top of it! Chicken, sides, and biscuits were all fresh and delicious. 10/10

I ordered through the app, which was really straightforward. However, waiting 25 minutes for my food was unbelievable. It took me 15 minutes to get there, so that meant I waited 40 minutes for chicken tenders. The mac and cheese was awful, but I really enjoyed the new fries.

I ordered a 5-piece chicken tenders meal at the drive-thru and was asked if I wanted any dipping sauce. I requested honey mustard, but when I got home, it wasn’t included. Why even bother asking if you're not going to provide it?

The food here is consistently delicious, and the service is always friendly and prompt. I can only give it 4 stars because they have removed the Mexican pizza from the menu, which we were looking forward to.
