The staff seemed confused about the difference between milk and cream. The service was slow, and I never received a greeting, like a simple "hello" or "good morning," at the drive-thru.

This place is beyond disappointing. They don't open on time, and even for simple orders, the service is incredibly slow, even when there's no one else waiting. I recommend heading to Starbucks or Coyote Coffee instead. I truly hope Dunkin Corporate steps in to address the issues at this location. It's best to steer clear of it altogether!

I love Dunkin Doughnuts... Like a starbuck! The prices are waaaay better and they have added their selection. You can get Chai Mancha teas. You have almond and oat milk for alternative options to sweet creamers. And they also have sugar-free tastes. I love the snackin bacon and the new mini stuff all bagels. Also economically favorable. And if you use the app, you get bonus offers and can earn free drinks! I'm sure I'm a dunkin girl!

I accidentally placed my mobile order here and then attempted to cancel it through the DoorDash app, but there was no option to do so. I tried calling the restaurant for nearly an hour, but I couldn't get through to anyone. Additionally, I couldn't leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. I understand that 7:00 a.m. is a busy time for them, but someone could have at least picked up the phone. This experience was quite frustrating!

11/29/20 went into this store ordered dozen of variety donuts for my grandkids. Delivered them and kids were unable to eat. The donuts were very hard/old . The person waiting on me had to tell and know they were not fresh at all. Trashed the donuts. So disappointed
