Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Hit or miss. Some days you can get service, but most of the time expect long waiting times. The worst experiences I had are if you don't recognize on the drive thru with anyone that they take your order when they can or even exist. I waited a good ten minutes a morning after the vehicle ordered before me without confirmation from an employee that they were right with me, hanging on busy etc... The lady behind me started crying and screaming and after waiting a few minutes I asked if someone was there to not answer. After the woman walked behind me and screamed again, I went somewhere else. The only saving grace is the food cooked properly if you can actually order.

This place is always so slow to get food. I think I'll wait at least 30 minutes without other cars in the line. It seems they only take one order and produce it before they take another to keep their time targets as good as possible. I understand low personnel, but no hectic and not to end it friendly or apologetic. Morale is bad and the team doesn't care.

The only reason this gets a star is because 0 stars is not an option. We're not picky people. We understand things like substaffing and people have bad days? BUT? It took forever to order. We had to remember their drinks coming with the combination. Another eternity later we come into the window and pay. She gives us a torn bag. We're leaving the next half of our six-hour drive. I take the sandwiches out of my pocket to find that the pommes were literally simply tipped into the floor. We decided to just put the bag between us and share Fritten. I'm opening our sandwiches to find them? Not only that, but the chicken was burned almost black and resembled a sophisticated old chicken. My tea had no ice cream and was hot. Not hot. It's 91 degrees today?. But at least it was fresh, unlike chicken. The best I can say about this experience is that they have given us many pommes; probably enough for eight people who would have been ingenious if they had not been overseasoned so that they would not be edible. I have a small list of restaurants from 85 N/S that are? Do not return?. This is on this list.

Was absolutely delicious. This situation has spread a little lately, but today was good. Biscuits were fresh, making a world of difference. Can't go wrong with sausage and cheese biscuit?

Husband and I stopped here on our way home for lunch. All of the tables were dirty. I went to the counter and asked for some spray to clean a table. One of the employees looked at me as if I was irritating her for actually doing her job. Not only that I asked for a sweet tea and they gave me unsweetened tea.
